Availability of Goods All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. Delivery Charges Postage for UK Mainland deliveries is charged at a flat rate of £5.00 on all orders regardless of the total weight. . Delivery Times Delivery will normally be made within 2-3 working days from clearance of payment unless otherwise stated. We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If our suppliers or we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 21 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 21 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods. International Delivery We can now ship our products throughout the world. If you wish your order to be delivered outside the U.K, please contact us for a shipping quote. Product Guarantees All of our products are shipped by recorded delivery. You are strongly advised to check the packaging for any damages during transit as we can not be held responsible for damages caused by carriages if you sign for it without checking it first. All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturers Guarantee. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. Returns of Faulty Goods If you receive faulty goods, you have the right to return the item within 7 working days from date of delivery for replacement or refund. Please contact us for an authorization to return the goods. It is your responsibility to return any such items in their original box and packaging. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us by email at sales@roheda.com that you wish to return your item, your right to cancel will be revoked. The cancellation must be put into writing (email or fax) and received within the 7-day period. Returns of Non-Faulty Goods Under the distance selling regulation, you are entitled to a seven day cooling off period from the time of delivery of your good. If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with the goods you purchase, you can return them within 7 days. You must contact us in writing (email or fax) prior to returning the goods. We will in turn give you a returns authorization code together with the address to return the goods to. Please note that refund process can take upto 4 weeks and also we can only refund the actual price of the goods returned excluding delivery charges. |
